Overview
Email Engine is an
email marketing system that allows you to send emails
in bulk. Built into the system is it's own subscriber
list database that you use to store all your email
address. When you compose an email whether it be in
"plain text" or "rich html" all
you have to do is just send it to either all your
subscribers or you can specify the ones that you wish
to send too.
 You
manage the system via an online user interface that
is both simple to use and secure. No need to download
and install any software plus you can use the the
system anywhere in the world providing you have access
to the internet.
Building
your subscriber list(s)
Automatically

your subscriber list need not be a long drawn out
task. You have the option of allowing people to add
themselves directly from your own website easily and
speedily.

an Email Engine account you will
find that built into the system is a code generator
to provide the subscriber sign up form. There are

Manually
The easy
to use control panel allows you to directly enter
your customer details quickly and easily into your
Email Engine account. It takes literally seconds to
enter a new customer. For example, you can have 200
new subscribers entered within an our.
Creating
Mailshots
Email
Engine can handle both Plain Text and
Rich HTML emails. You have the choice on which
method you wish to send.
 Plain
text emails
Creating
plain text emails is both simple and quick. They are
composed of simple text, and can include hyperlinks
to any page website, email addresses or any other
web link.
You can
create mailshots in Word or any other text editor
and then copy and paste it directly into Email Engine
just like any other application. If you can use a
computer keyboard then you can use Email Engine, it's
that easy!
HTML
rich emails
Emails
done in HTML gives you the opportunity to include
photos, logos and graphics in your email to create
a high impact message. In effect HTML emails is in
fact a webpage and the HTML code is just copied and
pasted into the message box. You can use your favorite
HTML editor such as Dreamweaver to create your email
messages.
Even with
basic knowledge of web page design you can create HTML
emails or if you prefer, can seek help from a web designer.

Sending
mailshots
As soon
as you have created your email, you are ready to send
it. Simply click on the email you wish to send in
the control panel, and click the "Send to subscribers"
button. You will be asked to confirm the transmission
by clicking another button, then your campaign is
complete.
If you
are going to be sending to a lot of subscribers, then
ensure you have enough credits. 1 credit = 1 subscriber.
